Baloobet Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Use

Important Notice: By registering an account or using the Baloobet platform, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms and conditions set out below. Please read this document carefully in full before use.

1General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Baloobet platform and all its services. References to "Baloobet", "we", or "us" refer to the baloobet.click website and all associated applications and services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to anyone registered on or using the Baloobet platform.

The Bangla version of these terms shall always take precedence. In the event of any ambiguity, Baloobet's interpretation shall be final. Baloobet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; however, members will be given at least 7 days' notice of any significant changes.

2Accounts & Registration

To open an account on Baloobet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID card or passport may be required as proof of age.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, or device may result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information will result in account closure and possible forfeiture of any balance.
• Account credentials (password, OTP) must never be shared with anyone.
• If any unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify Baloobet support immediately.

After registration, you will be prompted to complete identity verification (KYC). Gaming and transactions are available in a limited capacity without KYC, but it is mandatory for large withdrawals.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions at Baloobet are handled securely and transparently. Key payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (bKash/Nagad), ৳1,000 (Bank Transfer).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made to your own registered payment method.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawals via bKash/Nagad are processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.
• Deposits from or withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• To combat money laundering, Baloobet complies with international AML policies. Suspicious transactions are automatically flagged for review.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on Baloobet are subject to specific terms and conditions. General bonus rules:

• Withdrawing before meeting a bonus's wagering requirements (i.e., betting the bonus amount a specified number of times) will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated game categories. Each bonus description includes a list of eligible games.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time only. Any bonus balance that expires will be removed from your account.
• Baloobet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

In the event of any bonus-related dispute, Baloobet's decision is final. That said, we review every complaint transparently and in good detail.

5Gaming Rules

All games on Baloobet are operated by licensed third-party providers. Key terms regarding gaming:

• All slots and game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is regularly audited by an independent body.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to network issues, Baloobet will resolve the matter in accordance with its own policy.
• If a technical error is detected during a game, the bet for that round will be voided and the stake refunded.
• If a Sports Betting event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. Bets may be cancelled before the match begins.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baloobet. If detected, your account may be permanently closed and your balance forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for artificial monetary gain (bonus abuse).
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage using software, bots, or any other technology.
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct toward other members.
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security systems.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Baloobet may suspend or close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• No account activity for an extended period (12 months).

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no evidence of rule violations, it will be refunded. Members may also, at any time support team You may contact us to request that your account be closed.

8Privacy & Data Protection
